Another fantastic day at Capernwray with our members! Andy missed the photo call as he was drying himself off. Neck seal problem!

Our buoyancy and trim workshop was a great success, with everyone spending time fine-tuning their weighting, improving control in the water, and building confidence. It was brilliant to see the progress throughout the day and the teamwork and support between members.

A huge well done to everyone involved — another enjoyable day of learning, laughs, and great diving!
