Exciting Dive Talk – HMS Tampa Discovery! 

We’re thrilled to announce a special evening with guest speaker Barbara Mortimer, presenting on the newly discovered wreck, after a three-year search of Coast Guard Cutter Tampa which sank weeks before the end of the war on 26 September in1918.

This is a fantastic opportunity to hear first-hand about the discovery, the history behind the wreck, and the exploration involved—perfect for divers and anyone with an interest in maritime history.

Date: Friday 3rd July

Time: 7:00pm

Venue: Alsager Golf Club, Linley Lane, Alsager, ST7 2UF

Tickets: £15 (includes light refreshments)

We are opening this event to other clubs, so it promises to be a great evening with a real buzz.

Barbara has kindly asked that all proceeds go back into ASAC club funds to support future training and activities.
